Fairfield County Library Winnsboro, SC serves a population of 24,000 with a collection of 84,000 items, circulating nearly 82,000 items each year. The library moved to Horizon without considering options from other vendors.

Porter County Public Library (Valparaiso, IN) serves a population of 128,000. The system circulates one million items annually from a collection of 511,000.
