Dynix Classic to Horizon Migrations Occurring at Rapid Pace

The pace of Dynix Classic migrations to Horizon is picking up now that Horizon offers richness of functionality comparable to that which Dynix Classic has offered for the past few years.

Dynix reported earlier this month that ten libraries have recently chosen Horizon to replace their Dynix Classic systems, including the Calgary Public Library (CPL). CPL is the second largest public library system in Canada. Calgary has a population of just 950,000, but the library's annual circulation exceeds 12.5 million. The other libraries are the Lake County Library System of Florida, the Wasatch County Library of Utah, the Havre-Hill County Library of Montana, the West Des Moines Public Library of Iowa, the Pearl River county Library System of Mississippi, The Cromaine District Library of Michigan, the Elk Grove Village Public Library of Illinois, the Geelong Regional Library Corporation of Victoria, Australia, and the Salisbury Public Library of South Australia.
