DUG – Dynix Users' Group (United Kingdom) www.dynixusers.org/uk

HUG – Horizon Users’ Group (United Kingdom) www.bbk.ac.uk/huguk

The Dynix Users' Group (DUG) and Horizon Users’ Group (HUG) are associations of libraries using the Dynix and Horizon library management systems supplied by Dynix. They are wholly independent, and are financed through institutional membership subscriptions. The annual DUG/HUG conference is held in July.

CHaDNZ – Customers of Horizon and Dynix in New Zealand www.citylibrary.pncc.govt.nz/chadnz

Customers of Horizon and Dynix in New Zealand (CHaDNZ) is open to New Zealand users of Horizon and Dynix software. CHaDNZ is a wholly independent organisation that acts as a forum for discussion and interaction between its members and as a communication channel between members and Dynix, Inc. Prior to September 2001 CHaDNZ was known as the Dynix Users Group of New Zealand (DUGNZ) but at the 2001 Annual General Meeting it was decided that the organisation should be a user group for both Dynix and Horizon software users, therefore a new name was adopted. CHaDNZ / DUGNZ has held an annual conference since it was formed in 1990.
