  • On-site Training—brings a highly skilled trainer into your library at your convenience. This is the traditional method of educating library staff in the use of new tools.

  • Web Training—delivers real-time instruction without the expense of bringing in an instructor or sending your staff to a class. While your staff interact with an instructor via an audio connection, concepts are demonstrated through an Internet web browser. Participants learn at their own workstation in short sessions that are easier to digest than day-long workshops.
